Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our sales efforts and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, a proven track record in sales, and strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for Orthopedic and Ergonomic Back Supports, Weight-loss solutions, and Sauna Slimming Aid products.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Sales Forecasting: Prepare and manage sales forecasts, set performance goals, and analyze sales data to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to adjust sales strategies and tactics.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients and partners.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable business deals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives and promotions.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certifications are advantageous.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Experience in healthcare or medical-related sales is highly desirable.
• Skills:
o Strong understanding of healthcare and medical markets.
o Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
o Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
o Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
o Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
o Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
o High level of self-motivation and a results-oriented approach.
